My research on the Breville Oracle Touch vs Jura Z6 has been difficult because it is such a controversial topic. However, after considering all factors, I conclude that Breville Oracle Touch is hands down the best.
Breville Oracle Touch, the winner of this competition, is a machine that offers the best possible taste for coffee with its super-automatic feature. It features a warming tray that is efficient and allows for accurate temperature control. Furthermore, there are various options available for customizing drinks. The design is both strong and modern. For both beginners and professionals, this machine is a great choice.
On the other hand, I like the removable side water tank of the Jura Z6 as well as the possibility of adjusting temperature, milk texture, etc. Despite that, I think it cannot compete with Breville Oracle’s well-rounded design.

Breville Oracle Touch vs Jura Z6: Differences
Breville Oracle Touch defeats Jura Z6 by a margin of 3-1 thanks to its optimal features. I think it’s easier to brew espresso using the machine because it keeps a high temperature for a longer period of time and has a more reliable design. Below are more details.
Cup warming tray
The winner: Breville Oracle Touch
The Breville model stands out from the Jura Z6 in that it has a remarkably powerful cup warming tray located near the bean hopper on top of the machine. Using the tray you can keep the cup at a constant temperature for longer so the coffee will stay hotter for a more extended period of time. It is important to note, however, that if you leave the cups on the tray for a long time, it may turn scalding hot. As a result, I recommend warming the cup for no longer than 2-3 minutes.
With respect to the Z6 model from Jura, this brand should have included a warming tray, since this machine is less renowned for producing high-heat espresso.
Precision of temperature
The winner: Breville Oracle Touch
The Oracle Touch has never caused me any problems with temperature control. Almost three months ago, I bought the coffee machine that is now in my kitchen, and I have made over 150 shots using it. The result that makes me quite satisfied is that I have never had to drink coffee that was too warm or too cold. Clearly, PID technology was the catalyst for these outstanding results.
Coffee is infused to its fullest potential when the temperature and pressure of the water are consistent. My experience can be described as balanced, nuanced, or even strong.
Following my research and reading many reviews, I was hesitant to purchase the Jura Z6 as previous buyers have complained that the machine doesn’t heat the water hot enough, thus producing cold coffee. However, I still bought the machine and, as far as I can tell, this seems to be a typical problem that is associated with this product line. The temperature of the water seemed to be the same issue as well.
Despite the fact that I can choose from three brewing settings and ten settings for steaming milk, I can’t get the ideal temperature for my coffee, which is about 195F right after coming off the tap. This machine usually produces results between 160 and 165F. Additionally, I can’t steam anything higher than 125 degrees using this machine’s steam wand, so I need to drink quickly.
Position of water tank
The winner: Jura Z6
In this product line, Jura has designed the water position exceptionally well. A convenient feature of this machine is that the water reservoir is located on the side of the machine so that you do not have to take up any space to access it. The water reservoir can be refilled with or without removing it from the machine.
My favorite part about the machine is its blue light effect, since I can easily determine how much water is in the tank, and also see it in a more futuristic way.
On the contrary, the Breville machine has a traditional water tank situated at the back. Due to the fact that with this model, you can only pull the tank out horizontally, there will be a need for a spacious kitchen counter with an open pack.
In spite of this, the 84 ounce capacity of the bottle means that you won’t have to refill it very often. Moreover, you can see how much water is left in the bottle from the front.
Design
The winner: Breville Oracle Touch
The first thing I want to point out is the beautiful designs on both models. These models are sleek, modern, and extremely durable. The Breville is still my favorite over the Jura, however, because almost the entire body of this machine is stainless steel. Therefore, it has a very luxurious and solid appearance.
Breville Oracle Touch is a much heavier kitchen appliance than the Jura Z6, as we know. However, there is a catch to this. On the Oracle Touch, the drip tray can be removed and a knob can be found beneath it. Upon turning this knob, you unlock a wheel that allows the machine to be moved easily on smooth surfaces. As a result, its weight shouldn’t pose a problem.
When talking about the Jura model, it is important for me to highlight the fact that the Jura Z6 has a front and a top made from aluminum, which is significantly lighter than stainless steel. This material is also very strong and durable.
Nonetheless, the machine is covered with plastic on the sides and the back, which I would not expect from a machine in this price range. The 3000$ price tag should be spent on an espresso maker crafted from stainless steel or aluminum.
Breville Oracle Touch vs Jura Z6: Similarities
Though these models vary greatly, they all have some similar features, such as giant water tanks and customization options. Between these two, you will be able to decide for yourself which one is the ultimate winner.
Personalization options
With both models, you can have everything done for you, including grinding coffee beans, pouring them into the portafilter, tamping the puck, brewing, and then pouring espresso into cups while controlling the volume.
There are a number of adjustments you can make to your coffee machine, including water temperature, steam temperature, grind size, and coffee strength. You can also set up some coffee drinks so that your espresso makers memorize them. Now, whenever you want to brew a specific number of cups of coffee, simply press the button and you will have it immediately!
Giant water tank
As you might already know, the Breville features a giant 84 oz water container, while the Jura is close behind with its 81 oz container. The ability that the tank has to hold so much liquid ensures that the buyer will not need to refill it frequently, particularly if the buyer is a homeowner and not a barista. These smart espresso makers are great for anyone looking for an espresso maker at home. Why don’t you check them out?
